Paul is a native Texan who moved to Colorado Springs in 2021. He and his wife, Audra, have been married for 19 years and have 3 sons. Paul graduated from Texas Tech University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management. Naturally, after graduation, he got employed in the Retail/Wholesale Automotive industry, where he spent 17.5 years, 16 of which were in a leadership capacity. Paul ran an operations division for a Fortune 500 Automotive company, where he oversaw a department of 400+ individuals across the US and Canada. Paul has won several leadership awards while in the Automotive space, while also leading public discussions and trainings at large conferences and sales gatherings. He was a deacon at First Baptist Burleson in Texas before moving to Colorado. Finally, Paul was on the Advisory Board for 2 years for the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston for their Customer Experience Program.
