Our Focus is Ministry

WHAT'S STOPPING YOU FROM SUCCESS?
The message of healing resonates with individuals and leaders who are faithful in ministry but stuck in life. While most prefer 4 steps to this, or 6 steps in achieving that because it simplifies a problem, but the realistic truth is this, "in life or leadership, purpose drives productivity and pain prevents it." Bottom line, avoiding pain is birthing problems.
Whether a lay person, pastor, or ministry, our threefold approach is to identify:
1. Pain: What unresolved wound is hurting in your life or ministry?
2. Presence: How can we invite a practical application of the Spirit in?
3. Purpose: When purpose (mission, vision, drive) is restored, success is inevitable.
Most People are not aware that their past pain has infected their present production.
In the Greek, trauma is the word "wound." A wound is the lingering, unresolved, after effects of an injury or perceived abuse regardless of whether that injury or abuse occurred to an individual, or an organization. This wound has extreme implications with how you live, love, and lead as an adult.

STOP CHASING THE WIND
Ken spent a lifetime running from what he describes as an inner emptiness. Raped as a kid, beaten by an alcoholic step-dad, the death of four children, the murder of his recruiting professor, and the bitterness of a second divorce to name a few, all attributed to a "chasing the wind" lifestyle: Doing everything but achieving nothing. In this refreshingly easy to read book, STOP CHASING THE WIND will help you discover a simple truth that will change the course of your life; what if your pain is the catalyst to your purpose?

BROKEN VISION
This simple book primarily focuses on the need to have a clear understanding of what exactly is a vision for community and culture. More importantly, how it is produced and reproduced in a ministry setting. The essence of this book is a warning to every church or ministry - culture matters! It’s the, “I wish someone had warned me” statement. It is what occurred as the vision became blurred and a blurred vision ultimately lead to a Broken Vision.
