It's Time To Move from Information to Application?
Since starting his training career in the U.S. Army, Dr. Ken is driven to give every seminar, sermon, or keynote three things:

1. Information - Here's What You Need to Know.
2. Understanding - Here's Why You Need to Know It.
3. Application - Here's How to Immediately Use It!

Everything Rises and Falls with Leadership!
Too many leaders are carrying people while quietly collapsing inside. Stop Leading Wounded calls out the silent truth: Hurting leaders hurt the people they lead. They leak frustration into decisions, insecurity into relationships, exhaustion into vision, and old pain into present assignments. Whether pastor, parent, or professionals, whether a seminar or 1 on 1 coaching, let's confront the wounds shaping or reshaping leadership. Not to expose them, but to free them.
Healthy leadership isn’t about perfection—it’s about wholeness. And when you stop leading wounded, everyone connected to you gets better.

WHAT HAPPENS TO ORGANIZATIONS WHEN IT'S WOUNDED?

Productivity is limited and morale is destroyed. The ultimate objective of SLW is to see you, or your organization, healthy. Healthy people create healthier relationships and this creates healthier teams. Healthier teams fuel life-giving ministry, and healthy ministry is still the life-blood of healthy communities.

WHY DOES THE U.S. MILITARY MEASURE MORALE?
Because morale has been proven as a direct correlation with combat effectiveness. That is, the ability to get the job done. What if your company's productivity is directly correlated with your personnel (volunteer's or staff) wounded disposition?**
While I offer tailored training, possible seminars include:
- The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth
- The 17 Indisputable Laws of Teamwork
- Failing Forward
- The Winning Attitude
- Becoming a Person of Influence
- A Divine Partnership
**A recent study of German nurses used a factorial survey experiment and found that workers were willing to trade higher wages for better working conditions, such as reduced stress, improved staffing ratios, and a more supportive environment (Wolff et al., 2024).
Here's How
Dr. Ken's drive for leadership began to flourish in the U.S. Army. Although he was labeled a subject matter expert in his vocation, he left the Army with one book: FM 22-100, Military Leadership. A former trainer for various organizations, he is excited to have completed his credentialing as a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Trainer and Coach allowing full access to all of its vast resources and networks.
How Can I Serve You?

Whether serving as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army, serving the church in pastoral or addiction leadership, God has called me to do two things - serve and lead.
