About Ethan, LPC

Ethan Dahlberg serves as Chief Operating Officer of Stop Living Wounded, bringing mission-centered strategy and operational leadership to further the ministry’s work of healing and leadership development. Inspired by the organization’s commitment to holistic health, where personal healing fuels effective leadership, Ethan oversees daily operations, program alignment, and organizational growth.

Ethan holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and has worked as a professional counselor for several years, serving in clinical leadership and supervisory roles within behavioral health organizations. With experience spanning clinical leadership, organizational operations, franchise management, and marketing leadership, Ethan brings a unique blend of clinical insight and business strategy to help build resilient systems and ensure every initiative supports individuals and leaders in moving beyond past wounds to live, lead, and serve with purpose.

When Ethan is not in the therapy room, you’ll probably find him playing indoor soccer, deep in conversation over coffee, or spending time with his wife and 4 children. He loves being a dad, coffee, Mountain Dew, and Caramello chocolate bars. He also enjoys warm weather, being outdoors, and making memories with family and friends.
