PRINT ON DEMAND VERSES BOX STORES

Our Merch is a POD (print on demand) e-commerce business. This means we do not have a warehouse to return items to (ie. Amazon or Walmart) for resale.
All SLW items are only created/printed when you create an order.
Please assure you are satisfied with your item prior to ordering. If you have questions about an item, email us prior to ordering at merch@stoplivingwounded.com.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE IT?

Due to products being made to order, we DO NOT accept returns for 'buyer's remorse.' That is, you changed your mind as we cannot resell or restock that item. We apologize for this but unlike large retailers, SLW is a small, veteran owned business and our items have a minimul price markup. Large retailers can purchase large quantities of an item at significant discounts thus they can mark up their items with the expectation that some/many will be returned.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEM

If the order is returned due to carrier error or an invalid address, SLW will offer to reship the order at your costs. To avoid this, PLEASE assure you address is correct.
If the products arrive damaged or defective, you can request a replacement within 15 days of product delivery (photographic proof may be required).
Claims regarding orders that haven’t been received must be submitted within 15 days after the expected delivery timeframe. Claims deemed an error on our part are FULLY covered at our expense.
